  29.                   scan the kludges or body for certain keywords.

  31.                   mask: copy/move to another area, bounce, write to file,
  32.                   change the header, forward to someone else, delete,
  33.                   change into correct Internet message, touch a semaphore,
  34.                   pack netmail to a Binkley outbound, track nodes in the
  35.                   nodelist etc.

  37.                   from the command line, and manage Binkley style
  38.                   outbound areas (create polls and so on).
